The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a highly experienced Transition Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II).

Responsibilities:

  • Leads all program transition and coordination activities, ensuring minimal service disruption to vital Government business and no service degradation during and after transition


  • Facilitates Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans


  • Reports to Program Manager to provide daily feedback about transition activities


  • Implements transition schedule and coordinates with program schedulers to track transition activities


  • Orchestrates readiness reviews for transition components and establishes feedback loop to ensure all transition gaps or problems are identified


  • Supports Transition-In planning and discussion during program kick-off


  • Ensures incoming personnel are trained and qualified to perform on the program


  • Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge


  • Interactions involve client negotiations and interfacing with senior management


  • May supervise others


Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in relevant subject


  • 13+ years of relevant experience


  • US citizen with Secret security clearance


  • Skilled in managing program transitions and coordination activities to maintain service continuity


  • Possesses expertise in developing and implementing Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans, while coordinating with program schedulers to track activities


  • Ability to conduct readiness reviews, establish feedback loops, and identify transition gaps or problems


  • Displays competence in supporting transition planning during program kick-off and ensuring incoming personnel are properly trained


  • Proficiency in client negotiations and interfacing with senior management


  • Possesses domain and technical knowledge relevant to the program's operational requirements

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
