Required Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must have a CURRENT TS/SCI Clearance.
- Former school trained USN Intelligence Specialist (IS), USMC 0211 - Counterintelligence / Human Intelligence Specialist, 0231 - Intelligence Specialist, USA MOS 35F – Intelligence Analyst, 35G – Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst, MOS 35M – Human Intelligence Collector, 18F - Special Forces Intelligence Sergeant 18F, USAF Operations Intelligence (1N0X1) or Officer equivalent for all services.
- More than five years’ experience plans, operations, training or exercise positions at an O-5 Command Level.
- Experience in exercise and scenario design, understanding of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC).
- Significant analytical, planning, organizational coordination, negotiation and directing skills to ensure requirements are satisfied.
- Surge Support as required during exercise support iterations; at least twice a year.
- Ability to board military aircraft and surface vessels.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience as a deployed intelligence analyst
- Have an up-to-date awareness and experience using intelligence reporting channels, intelligence storage locations, and intelligence analysis tools
- Ability to locate or develop products
- Develop overarching exercise scenarios with in-depth story lines and intelligence reports consistent with the overall exercise scenario and training objectives.
- Incorporate story lines and intelligence reports into the Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) tool as directed by the Government MSEL manager.
- Conduct research on current world situation and analysis of training manuals, lessons learned, and tactics, techniques, & procedures (TTPs) to prepare training objectives for the exercise program.
- Actively Participate in After Action Reviews as directed.
