Top Secret Cleared Contracts Compliance Program Manager

Our client, located in Ft Meade, MD, is currently in need of a Top Secret Cleared Program Compliance Manager for a full-time position. They will be working primarily remote but need to be comfortable attending weekly onsite meetings at the Ft Meade complex. The PM will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contract between our client and the federal government. They will ensure compliance with federal regulations, manage contract execution and act as a liaison between our client and government officials. They will be negotiating contracts, handling financial reports and analysis, generating invoices, interpreting contracts and facilitating any necessary billing reconciliation.

Required Skills:

• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance
• Ability to be on site weekly for client meetings at the Ft Meade complex
• 10-15 years of contract management experience, federal contracting is highly preferred
• Experience negotiating and drafting contact terms and conditions with government
• Strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations and defense contract audit agency guidelines
• Ability to analyze request for proposals and request for quotations and identify potential opportunities

Nice to Haves:

• Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) credentials are preferred.
• Defense Acquisition University certifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
