Summary
TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance our software and data engineering processes. We are looking for someone passionate about integrating DevOps tools and practices to ensure rapid and stable delivery of applications and technologies.Description
The DevOps Engineer will identify, prototype, and deploy emerging software engineering and DevOps tools into existing systems. Responsibilities include operating a suite of enterprise DevOps services, managing DevOps pipelines, and establishing software engineering standards. The role involves writing infrastructure and configuration files, as well as facilitating technical exchange meetings with stakeholders. Key tasks include working with engineers to incorporate DevOps best practices, developing Infrastructure as Code, optimizing deployments in Kubernetes, leveraging AWS best practices, and automating deployment processes. The Engineer will also ensure security compliance and document work in alignment with Agile practices.Experience Level
Mid 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience.Requirements: 4-7 years experience
Required Skills
- 4-7 years of experience with Kubernetes and Helm Charts
- Proficiency in Docker and/or Podman containerization
- AWS Services experience (EKS, Lambdas, EMR, ECR, VPC, etc.)
- Terraform experience
Optional Skills
- Terraform and Packer with AWS
- Database ORM Tools (e.g., Flyway)
- CI/CD Pipeline Automation (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Automated Testing)
- Experience with cloud environment and infrastructure engineering
- Experience implementing DevOps within a secure environment

Base Salary | $162,000 - $195,000 |
PTO | 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. |
Retirement | 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. |
Paid Benefits | Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. |
Annual Bonuses | 3% to 5% annual bonuses. |
Cell Phone Stipend | $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. |
Training Budget | 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget |
New Hire Bonus | $5,000 new hire bonus |
