The Level 3 CNO Analyst/Programmer shall possess the following capabilities:
(U) Program in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python
(U) Provide/author documentation, participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes.
(U) Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed
(U) Provide/author documentation, design, code, and software readiness reviews as prescribed by the Government's software development procedures and processes
(U) Provide/author and participate in technical presentations on assigned projects
(U) Actively participate and direct the design and development of end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools developed
(U) Use software version control tools (e.g., Subversion or CVS)
(U) Debug software and troubleshoot issues
(U) Develop network sockets program including developing packet-level programs, expert packet level understanding IP, TCP, and application-level protocols
(U) Develop packet-level programs Expert packet-level understanding of IP, TCP, and application level protocols
(U) Lead CNO Analyst/Programmers in daily tasks
Required Skills
Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering) from an accredited college or university and 12 years of relevant programming experience in the field (e.g., computer science, information systems, and network engineering). A Master's degree in a relevant discipline may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to 10 years of relevant experience. A PhD in a relevant discipline may be substituted for four (4) years of experience, reducing the requirement to eight (8) years of relevant experience. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four (4) years of relevant programming experience in the field may be substituted for a total of 16 years.
