Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support a stable federal program based in Honolulu, HI. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance at minimum.

Responsibilities of the Senior Systems Administrator:
- Manage and support VDI Thin Client networks across both classified and non-classified environments.
- Provide Tier 3 support for Windows 11 and Windows Server 2016/2019 systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, McAfee security tools, and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain and support VOIP phone systems and OneDrive integrations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership in a dynamic Joint Operations Center environment.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and operational readiness.
- Lead technical problem-solving efforts and contribute to infrastructure improvements.
Qualifications of the Senior Systems Administrator:
- 4-6 years of Tier 3 System or Network Administrator experience, with a focus on supporting VDI networks in secure environments.
- Must possess a valid, active security certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP) at the time of hire.
- Experience with:
- Windows 11, Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, McAfee products, VDI Thin Client networks, VOIP phones, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
- ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED
Compensation for the Senior Systems Administrator:
- Salary: $110,000-$120,000/year (depending on experience)
