Responsibilities of the Junior Engineer:
- Analyze contract technical deliverables for adequacy and completeness for FMS programs, including system design documents, test plan and report documentation, operator and maintenance technical manuals, training documentation and materials.
- Assess configuration management of assigned equipment.
- Collaborate with individuals across diverse technical backgrounds to support Security Assistance initiatives.
- Conduct engineering assessments and analyses to address the requirements of FMS partner nations.
Qualifications of the Junior Engineer:
- 2+ years of Engineering experience.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering technical discipline Required.
Compensation of the Junior Engineer:
- Salary range: $85,000-$110,000
- Comprehensive benefits package: Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays
