Graham Technologies is seeking a Senior Web Developer to be responsible for full-stack development and maintenance of custom solutions across SharePoint 2013, SharePoint 2019, and SharePoint Online/Office 365 platforms. This position plays a critical role in supporting both client-facing and internal initiatives by leveraging modern development frameworks and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop web parts, features, SharePoint Apps, InfoPath forms, timer jobs, and full-scale custom applications on SharePoint 2013, 2019, and Online.
- Design and implement server-side solutions using .NET technologies including VB.NET, C#, and ASP.NET.
- Craft client-side code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and related web technologies.
- Integrate external data sources using RESTful APIs and web services.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills focused on performance, scalability, reliability, and availability at both system and component levels.
- Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development lifecycle, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Use deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture and administration to address and solve business and technical problems.
- Support internal prototypes and IOP-aligned development efforts outside of client projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and minimizing recurring support issues or outages.
Required Skills:
- Must possess active DoD Top Secret clearance and be able to obtain and maintain SCI eligibility.
- Must have 6-8 years of professional IT development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience with .NET technologies (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET).
- At least 1-2 years of experience developing for SharePoint 2013 using SharePoint object models.
- Proficient in full-stack web development and responsive UI design .
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working with Federal agencies.
- Experience developing and consuming Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Experience with InfoPath and Forms Services.
- Hands-on knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Experience with .NET Framework 4.0+.
- Familiarity with Windows Workflow Foundation.
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSD, or Azure certifications).
