Salary Range: $120,506 - 190,000
Provide Logistics support to the Spanish Navy DPM, Class desk and DAPML, all part of the NAVAIR PNMA-257 Joint Program Office Effort.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide daily logistics support to the Spanish JPO personnel.
Interfaced with ISC GULFPORT and PAX River regarding problems with deliveries and billing of routine wholesale items.
Responded to Gulfport inquiries regarding items received.
Continue to work with NAVSUP item managers to procure "critical" requirements for AOG aircraft from the GR9 inventory.
Record all MILSTRIP data expenditure information into Parts and Spares databases and provided hard copies to the budget financial manager.
Continued to liaison with NAVSUP Financials Division.
Interface with OEM and Surplus Vendors to negotiate price, quantity and shipping information.
Provide purchase orders to Surplus vendors for fulfillment of material.
Interfacing with field activities and vendors to satisfy commercial invoices and close out purchase orders.
Use Navy ERP/DLA/EMALL and One-Touch Supply databases to drop material requirements via MILSTRIP format for the Spanish Navy.
Support Electronic Retrograde Management Systems.
Track input of ERMS documents in Navy ERP to ensure proper billing and credits.
Continued to provide support to the JPO office and USMC.
Liaison with the NAVSUP departments outside of the Harrier Branch logistics support when required (i.e. common avionics, F18).
Liaison with Support Equipment Division in Lakehurst to ensure AV8B peculiar SE is still supported.
Monitor hazmat shipments and ensure compliance with proper documentation to include Material Safety Data sheets (MSDS).
Prepare Material Suspense and Bulk Shipment Reports.
Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
A High School Diploma or GED plus 23 years of experience, an Associate's degree plus 17 years, a Bachelor's degree plus 15 years or a Master's degree plus 12 years of experience is required.
Active Secret security clearance.
Ability to work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.
Desired Skills:
