Job Description:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring company environment, health and safety (EHS) programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state and local environmental health and safety regulations. Work to reduce company risk and liability in all aspects of EHS. Assists in a variety of duties to include, sampling, observations, training and inspections. Works with stakeholders in the organization during space planning, building expansions and/or other changes in facilities or work areas to ensure EHS requirements and regulations are met. Assists with root cause analysis when EHS incidents occur and recommends corrective action where environmental, health and safety hazards exist. Responsible for monitoring and driving sustainability initiatives.

Must Haves:
- 2- 4 year degree in Technical field (mechanical/electrical engineering); will consider in lieu of a degree with more experience (6+)
- Need to understand OSHA labor standards
- Understand any ergonomic work to prevent injuries
- 2-5 years prior EH&S experience (early to mid career)
- Engaging/able to work closely with people
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative, works well with others
- Independently motivated/task oriented
