Job Description:
This program provides the Government with technical and management expertise to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their missions and systems. This position serves as the Workforce Coordinator for the prime contractor and is responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager.
The Workforce Coordinator shall possess the following capabilities:

Job Description:
This program provides the Government with technical and management expertise to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of their missions and systems. This position serves as the Workforce Coordinator for the prime contractor and is responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager.
The Workforce Coordinator shall possess the following capabilities:
- Supports the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager with respect to the PMO
- Serves as the POC for the subcontractor staffing portal
- Shares current openings via email and weekly staffing calls with subcontractors
- Directs the review and dissemination of resumes to Area Leads while managing the assessment of candidate skills for current and future position openings.
- Coordinates interviews of approved candidates and provides feedback to submitting company.
- Serves as the POC for employee onboarding
- Liaises with Corporate Security Officer and provides relevant updates regarding the onboarding of employees
Qualifications:
- A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in the Intelligence community
- College education preferred.
- Other related industry designations, certificates, licenses or course work helpful.
- Experience in the staffing industry or Corporate HR Staffing.
- Preferable staffing experience from contingent or retained agency environment.
- Experience in or knowledge of specific client industry sector is a plus.
- Successful experience managing multiple searches, and hiring managers, at different stages at the same time
- Worked in a team environment that emphasized group contributions
