Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior GIS Analyst to support Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) support services for the United States Navy. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in geospatial analysis, ISR operations, and intelligence reporting. This position requires demonstrated expertise in multi-source intelligence analysis and the ability to support time-sensitive operational requirements. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Essential responsibilities, Functions, & Duties
- The Senior GIS Analyst will provide Geospatial Information System (GIS) support as required to produce Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) products and web services.
- The Senior GIS Analyst will provide software application programming support as required for Surf Eagle operational production and dissemination requirements.
- This will include improving operational production methods that utilize geospatial technologies and scientific principles to transition new capabilities to support both internal and external Surf Eagle requirements.
- The Senior GIS Analyst will monitor all automated GIS production workflows daily, troubleshoot and correct issues when found, and report the status as directed.
- The Senior GIS Analyst will implement applicable software application programming standards to improve interoperability of products and applications in accordance with the most current DoD Application STIGs.
- The contractor will ensure all GIS products, applications, and web services are technically sound and adhere to relevant DoD and IC approved standards and regulations as defined in the NSG Standards Registry.
- The Senior GIS Analyst will collaborate with system administrators, database administrators and analyst experts to transition GIS products, applications, and web services to operations.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree: 5-7 years of experience in a related field.
- Master of Science degree: 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- PhD: 0-2 years of experience in a related field
