Business Program and Project Management:
- Assist with Action Items, Congressional taskers, and data calls.
- Update and maintain the content management system documentation on SharePoint, the office website, and share folders. Post announcements and relevant updates for the program office website, and shared folders.
- Distribute correspondence and documentation to external stake holders to facilitate office information flow.
- Prepare and coordinate Senior Steering Committee briefings, including developing presentation materials and capturing meeting notes.
- Conduct research, gather background information, and take notes to support team forums.
- Organize initiatives and work with officers to plan off-sites or events.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen with a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management.
- Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting the IC.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives.
- Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track Sponsor activities.
- Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise.
- Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities.
Demonstrate the following abilities:
- Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad consumer level and executive audiences.
- Ability to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for the program.
- Success in liaising across organization to collect and collate important data.
- Successful experience conducting multiple layers of research and writing summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
