Description

SAIC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Program Analyst in Chantilly, VA to join our dynamic team. The role requires a strong problem solver, who can identify/anticipate requirements and provide creative solutions for the team.

Business Program and Project Management:
  • Assist with Action Items, Congressional taskers, and data calls.
  • Update and maintain the content management system documentation on SharePoint, the office website, and share folders. Post announcements and relevant updates for the program office website, and shared folders.
  • Distribute correspondence and documentation to external stake holders to facilitate office information flow.
  • Prepare and coordinate Senior Steering Committee briefings, including developing presentation materials and capturing meeting notes.
  • Conduct research, gather background information, and take notes to support team forums.
  • Organize initiatives and work with officers to plan off-sites or events.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen with a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management.
  • Minimum of four (4) years' experience supporting the IC.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track Sponsor activities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities.

Demonstrate the following abilities:
  • Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad consumer level and executive audiences.
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities for the program.
  • Success in liaising across organization to collect and collate important data.
  • Successful experience conducting multiple layers of research and writing summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
