ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented C5ISR Systems SME to join our team in Stafford, VA. This is a full-time onsite position where you will provide subject matter expertise, and in-depth technical and field exercise support across a multitude of innovative activities and efforts related to research, development, evaluation, and transition of leading edge ISR, SIGINT, ELINT, and Information Systems to our Nation's fighting forces.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Marine Corps information systems, offering advanced technical knowledge and strategic guidance across C5ISR functions.
  • Lead and participate in collaborative efforts with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of capabilities that meet development, evaluation, and demonstration objectives.
  • Directly support customers by identifying, assessing, developing, and integrating transformative information technology and intelligence capabilities into ground, air, and sea-based systems.
  • Develop and update highly-detailed documentation for intelligence and information systems, including specification, test, fielding, and transition plans.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, develop courses of action, and present recommendations to leadership for challenging technical deficiencies and problems.
  • Support military System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) and User Evaluation events, operating C5ISR systems and their platforms (up to 25% travel required).
  • Design and prepare comprehensive technical reports, studies, and presentations, while also providing mentorship and insight to team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Requires a High School Diploma and 9+ years of experience (or equivalent) in a related area.
  • Within the past five years, demonstrated experience supporting Marine Corps information systems operations and employing associated SIGINT/ELINT technologies within DoD Enterprise Environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging military C5ISR-related technologies across all domains, with the ability to align capabilities to capability gaps.
  • Experience employing and troubleshooting strategic and tactical signals collection and analysis systems during SIGINT, ELINT, EW, COMINT, and Cyber Operations.
  • Proven success in reviewing, improving, documenting technical systems, and planning/executing project activities like SETR events and user evaluations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, incorporate, and adhere to DoD and Service-level standards, employment regulations, and relevant technical publications.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with success in delivering briefings to senior leadership and collaborating effectively within technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of DoD acquisition life cycles and systems engineering processes as well as experience with requirements and capabilities development processes (e.g., JCIDS).
  • Prior senior military or civilian experience supporting USMC information systems.
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) processes and experience in transitioning technologies from development to operational deployment.
  • Ability to understand and discern technical packages associated to SIGINT/ELINT systems.
  • Current CI Polygraph screening.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and willingness to submit to a CI polygraph.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to support field demonstrations and exercises, including traversing rugged terrain on foot, unloading and loading of equipment and systems under test, and riding in military tactical vehicles, ships, and air platforms. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time.
