ManTech seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Program Analyst to support our DoD contract out of Alexandria, VA. This individual will have a strong interest in technology, R&D, and special operations teams.
The Explosive Ordnance Disposal/EXO subgroup's objective is to provide rapid prototyping, capability development and delivery of advanced technologies, tools, and information to improve the operational capabilities of
federal, state, and local bomb squads and the U.S. military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD)
community to defeat and neutralize the full spectrum of terrorist explosive devices. In collaboration with military, federal, state, and local agencies, the EOD/EXO subgroup identifies and prioritizes multi-agency user requirements through joint working groups and then actively works with vendors and end-users to deliver advanced prototype systems that provide more efficiency and a greater degree of safety for bomb technicians to investigate, access, evaluate, and if needed render safe or dispose of suspect devices whether emplaced, person borne, vehicle borne, or water borne.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects
supporting the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, International partners,
and the Interagency. - Provide technical and operational advice and assistance related to Explosive Ordnance Disposal / Explosive Operations (EOD/EXO) projects.
- Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other
vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc. - Facilitate and manage the EOD/EXO portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with a Government Program Manager.
- Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of experience with use or development of Counter-IED (C-IED) technologies.
- At least 5 years' experience in Project Management, preferably with government research and development projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Experience managing projects in a research and development environment or project
execution office. - Ability to write technical documents and communicate complex subjects to non-technical
audiences. - Familiarity with government operational end users in Special Operations and non-DoD
agencies. - Basic knowledge of key government contracting elements and DoD acquisition processes
such as SOWs, CDRLs and source selection. - Experience in DoD Special Operations
