Responsibilities
- Supervise contract employees directly
- Support personnel security and insider threat tasks
- Ensure employees have necessary training, equipment, and materials, and conduct spot inspections
- Analyze and report metrics and trends for the Visitor Control Center
- Maintain a database to track personnel security investigations and insider threat cases
- Update personnel information in the Defense Information Security System (DISS)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and capability to organize and prioritize various tasks while remaining composed during stressful situations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of three (3) years managing direct employees on a related security contract.
- Experience with policy interpretation, planning, research, data analysis, and report writing is highly preferred.
- Experience with the Defense Information Security System (DISS), Secure Web Fingerprint Transmission (SWFT) system, and/or any Advanced Entry Control System (AECS), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is preferred.
- Experience supporting insider threat analysis is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Profiencent in verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of engaging with various levels of government and civilian authorities.
