Position Title: Unmanned Systems Portfolio Analyst
Clearance: Secret
Work Location: Hybrid (Quantico, VA and Offsite)
Role Summary:
Provide end-to-end planning, analysis, and integration support across Group 1-5 UAS portfolios, with emphasis on ISR, MUX/MALE, and emerging unmanned capabilities supporting MAGTF operations.

Role Summary:
Provide end-to-end planning, analysis, and integration support across Group 1-5 UAS portfolios, with emphasis on ISR, MUX/MALE, and emerging unmanned capabilities supporting MAGTF operations.
Key Duties:
- Perform analysis and capability gap identification for UAS systems at all stages (development to sustainment).
- Conduct policy and requirements research aligned with OSD/Joint guidance.
- Lead coordination for UAS-related IPTs, LDWGs, and synchronization meetings.
- Draft planning documents, JCIDS inputs, and UAS capability briefs.
- Recommend course corrections and alternatives to AVRB leadership based on technical and operational analysis.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Group 1-5 UAS programs (military or defense contractor).
- Understanding of ISR operations, data management, and DOTMLPF-P implications.
- Proven record of supporting integrated requirements and capability planning.
