We are seeking experienced and qualified NWDTP Instructors to deliver training for law enforcement and security personnel. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of relevant instructional experience in civilian or military law enforcement, or commercial/industrial security force service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver classroom and practical training in accordance with established NWDTP curriculum and guidelines.
Maintain a professional training environment and ensure all instructional activities meet required standards.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain training records and support continuous improvement of training content.
Ensure all safety protocols and operational procedures are followed during instruction.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least two (2) years of experience in a training role within civilian law enforcement, military police, or private/commercial security force.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver clear, effective instruction to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with relevant training tools, safety procedures, and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Instructor certifications in defensive tactics, firearms, or security procedures.
Prior experience working with government or federal agency training programs.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Active Secret Clearance is Required.
