The Integrated Master Scheduler shall work with the Joint Project Manager for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Medical (JPM CBRN Medical) JPM product teams to create the integrated master schedules (IMSs) for the JPM portfolio and provide them to leadership electronically using schedule software (i.e. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Open Plan, Primavera, Milestones Professional, etc.).

The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,00 annually.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Will be required to analyze and review Microsoft Project schedules provided to the government from contractors/subcontractors.
- Shall analyze the IMS's and provide high-level IMS briefings to support JPM CBRN Medical leadership decision making. These activities require development of integrated master schedules, analyzing critical paths within schedules, developing and presenting schedule metrics, and analyzing and managing schedule data for complex programs.
- Shall work with the risk manager to provide a risk-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complete engineering development program involving hardware and software development, multiple sub-component integration, and system testing.
- Should understand Monte Carlo simulation data to see all the possible outcomes of decisions and assess the impact of risk, allowing for better decision making under uncertainty (e.g. Risk Recon or similar risk software).
- Assist the team lead with the planning, development/refinement, initiation, and execution of new requirements, projects, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assist in development, design, and implementation of annual and long-range plans to realize the product development components of strategic goals.
- Will develop, maintain, update, and distribute/deliver educational materials and training specific to developing and analyzing program schedules.
- Will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule Standard Operating Procedure for use across the organization. The SOP will be updated on an annual basis or as major changes occur.
- Shall support the development of the cost baseline or current estimate to complete based on the schedule activity detail. As part of this task, the contractor shall integrate the schedule toolset with various cost toolsets.
- Participate in and provide input to program functional IPTs, Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs), milestone decisions, program working groups, and other required program updates.
- Will obtain and maintain all information regarding the projects and events he/she is responsible for managing and provide updates on issues, upcoming meetings, briefings, and taskers related to assigned projects, both orally and in written form.
- Shall support project management, engineering management, Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition, or another related subject of comparable complexity and responsibility, applying the acquisition processes and policies as outlined in the Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI) 5000.02, relating it to the life cycle (product development, production, and sustainment).
- Shall facilitate meetings and communicate programmatic issues, concerns, and information. The contractor shall assist in maintaining program management tools and processes.
- Shall interface with program management, contracting, and engineering staff, as well as supervisors, to ensure the accuracy of forecasting information and schedule feasibility.
- Provide input to support annual, monthly, and weekly recurring reports, as needed.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be an expert in creating integrated master schedules (IMSs) in Microsoft Project.
- Must be able to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in aerospace, defense, engineering, or government contracting environments.
- Must have a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
