You will be the Global Supply Chain Associate for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Global Supply Chain team. Our team facilitates the procurement cycle from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of quality products to customers in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Global Supply Chain Associate, you will support the PrSM Program, focusing on procurement and direct material management. You will liaise between Lockheed Martin and suppliers, driving mitigation activities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and maintaining supply chain metrics and reporting risks
• Managing supplier deliveries, subcontracts, and material requirements
• Interfacing with site leadership, engineering, quality, production, and planning teams
• Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
• Addressing supplier-related issues and attending shortage meetings

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance
• Previous experience implementing change to improve processes
• Ability to lead projects & teams to execute Supply Chain activities
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
• Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations
• Ability to travel
• The candidate must be a US citizen.
Desired Skills:
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a team environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
