The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated entry level Training Device Technician to join their team in Hazelwood, MO. Position Responsibilities:
- Assists in the repair, test, installation, configuration, upgrade and modification of simulators and training components, devices, hardware and software.
- Performs general pre-operations, post-operations and component handling of training devices. Orders, ships and receives parts and components.
- Assists in troubleshooting to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components.
- Works under general supervision.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Experience in a role that required analytical skills
- 3+ years of experience with electronic/electrical systems or subsystems and components including operating principles, design variables, performance, and key interfaces
- 1 + years of experience with computer software loading, trouble shooting and repairs
- 6 months of experience on flight simulators
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Sound analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems and interfaces.
- Software loading experience.
