You will work directly with our Government counterparts to ensure security resiliency and strategy as it relates to operational and security efficiencies. We are seeking a passionate Product Owner to serve as the execution lead in support of cyber team resources and delivery. You will work directly with our Government counterparts to ensure security resiliency and strategy as it relates to operational and security efficiencies. Candidates must be passionate, energized, and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the execution of cybersecurity strategies and the operational availability and maintainability of the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility and select systems related to Battlespace Awareness.
- Leading a team of cybersecurity professionals in safeguarding infrastructure and data against threats.
- Overseeing cybersecurity policy development, risk management, and auditing processes.
- Managing cybersecurity aspects of the OPIR TAP Lab environments, including both DevSecOps Software Factories and AI/ML IT environments.
- Coordinating with government officials, internal teams, and external agencies to maintain cybersecurity standards and compliance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of industry-related experience in cybersecurity
- Proven experience in leading cybersecurity teams and managing complex cybersecurity projects.
- CISSP Certification or equivalent credentials in cybersecurity management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and best practices, including NIST and RMF.
- Ability to develop and implement robust cyber security policies and procedures.
- Expertise in electronic security tools and mechanisms, such as encryption, access control, and malicious content detection.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Familiarity with ITAR regulations and defense services compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology management, or a related IT field.
