Administrative Assistant I (AA-I)
Country Intelligence Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative
Assistant in support of the Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management (FM) Human Capital
Resource Management (HCRM) Program. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of
administrative and clerical tasks to provide support to executive-level, management, and technical
personnel.
Tasks Performed:
• Prepare correspondence and reports.
• Respond to and direct requests for information.
• Receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings.
• Arranging and coordinating travel.
• Assist with facilities management and monitoring physical security.
• Support program management staff in preparing deliverables, internal reports,
briefings, and drawings associated with supported projects.
• Support research and analysis functions, compile specified research and data.
• Interpret basic research data.
• Review research publications for pertinent information.
• Provide input to research staff in concise, logical, well-organized format for use in
communications to clients.
Education, Experience
and Qualifications:
• Minimum of a High School diploma.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Experience working with both internal team members as well as external clients and customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to foster a positive relationship with DoD Agencies and Military Departments.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite applications Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to effectively communicate in writing.
• The position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management staff and DoD counterparts.
Other Job Requirements:
• U.S. Citizenship, and successful background check.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Location: Remote Full-time.
