Program Analyst

Responsibilities:
Analyze and make recommendation on a wide range of issues affecting Naval Shipyard Resource Management (RM) to include: Resource Allocation, Revitalization Planning, SPF, Naval Shipyard Training and Education Program, Performance Measurement and Control, Trade Training, Project/Program Management, Project Scheduling, Navy ship maintenance requirements, Industrial Process Improvement, Department of Navy personnel administrative processes, and NAVSEA policies, processes and instructions (e.g., NAVSEA RM Instruction, NSY Organizational Manual, CRT Process Manual, and RM Desk Guide).
Requirements:
MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Meeting Facilitation Skills, Strong communication, written, and presentation skills. Experience working with senior level management, Workforce Management, and CRT processes and procedures. Must have Confidential clearance.
