Program Manager Sr Mgr, F-35 Sustainment Global Services - Level 6

The selected individual will be a Program Manager Sr. Manager within the F-35 Sustainment Program Management Office and assigned to lead the execution of various elements of Global Services scope, including establishing and maintaining sustainment capability across the globe.

What You Will Be Doing

Primary responsibilities include:
• Develop and maintain valued customer relationships while delivering on cost, schedule, and technical performance commitments within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Owns Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for their portfolio.
• Lead enterprise integration and delivery across the Customer, LM Business Areas, F-35 PMOs, LM Aero Functions, and the Supply Base.
• Lead a team of Program Managers, Control Account Managers, and Project Managers in the strategy, capture, negotiation, baselining, execution, and closeout of contract scope. Perform hiring, coaching, mentoring, etc. of team members to ensure employee skill refinement and growth.

Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrated PM experience, managing large value and complex programs.
• Experience leading large scale enterprise solutions, multiple business entities, suppliers, customers, and large functional teams.
• Experience in complex decision making and problem-solving
• Experience communicating with senior customer and company levels of leadership.
Desired Skills:
• F-35 Program Management experience
• Experience in Strategy and New Business Capture
• Sustainment Leadership experience
• Proposal leadership of capture efforts > $500M; Contract negotiation experience; Subcontractor proposals/execution oversight
• Full spectrum leadership proficiency and demonstrated success energizing teams while openly collaborating and enabling their best performance.
• Adept in leading and shaping organizational culture.
• Active Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
