CenCore, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk and Resilience Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing programmatic threats and vulnerabilities, then creating plans and procedures to mitigate them. This role requires a deep understanding of security principles, risk management frameworks, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze threats, vulnerabilities, and risks for program sites and assets.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for the organization's information systems and physical sites, to include incident management, crisis response, training, and conducting tabletop exercises and drills.
- Create emergency preparedness procedures and training materials for security and other onsite personnel.
- Provide virtual and in-person briefings across multiple disciplines and audiences, including senior leadership, security personnel, and other teams.
- Examine anomalous user activities within programmatic software and generate actionable reports for reeducation or escalation.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents and provide senior leadership recommendations for remediation.
- Maintain risk analysis assessment, resilience plan, and site-specific products.
- Conduct thorough security reviews of databases, dashboards, repositories, and other virtual tools and write runbooks to be implemented by all users.
- Stay up to date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Complete other tasks as directed.
Job Requirements
- Top Secret security clearance with the ability to upgrade as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in information security or a security-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management or a related role.
- Experience in developing and implementing emergency response plans, including incident management and crisis response.
- Proficiency in creating emergency preparedness procedures and training materials.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to deliver briefings to various audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, Security Plus, or other security-related certifications.
