Seeking a highly motivated and driven Sr. IT Project Manager to work 100% Remotely (EST Hours) supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.

COMPENSATION
The likely salary range for this position is $130,000 - $175,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of total compensation or salary or any other compensation offered. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Rollout Systems offers a variety of benefits including health insurance with domestic partner coverage, company-funded health savings account and life and disability insurances, 401(k) matching, 401(k) profit-sharing, education assistance, paid time off, and paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, location, and schedule type.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Seeking a highly motivated and driven Sr. IT Project Manager to work 100% Remotely (EST Hours) supporting enterprise IT for our War-fighter customer who upholds America's status as the "Land of the Free" every day, at work, or at play.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing the modernization of legacy applications.
- Lead, manage, and provide technical guidance to a software development team for application modernizations deploying to AWS GovCloud using CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain project plans/schedules in GitLab.
- Identify, track, mitigate, and resolve schedule and performance risks.
- Regularly report project progress and risks to leadership.
- Work closely with technical teams and subject matter experts, acting as liaison with the customer.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with stakeholders and the technical team to gather, analyze, break down, and document requirements.
- Facilitate meetings across technical teams and with customers to track progress and overcome blockers.
- Act as Scrum Master planning meetings, holding daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years of experience, working as an Information Technology Project Manager in a DoD environment, managing a software/agile development team deploying AWS or GovCloud, using CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience creating, coordinating, tracking project schedules, and tasking.
- Experience working with a development team modernizing a legacy application and/or deploying to AWS.
- Experience working in a DoD software development and IT environment.
- Experience working with a PM/CM tool like GitLab or TFS.
