Position: Program Manager
Location: hybrid, with remote work from home and some travel (10-15%) to Philadelphia, PA, Washington, DC and Norfolk, VA.
Customer: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD)
Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 with some flexibility depending on education and experience.

NSWCPD provides the Navy's primary technical expertise and facilities for both naval machinery research and development and naval machinery lifecycle engineering.

The ideal candidate will have experience a Program Manager with a strong background in managing Federal Government programs. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader capable of overseeing complex projects and leading teams towards achieving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Budget, schedule, plan, and report on system and equipment installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Liaise between multiple Navy program offices.
• Develop, modify, and document processes.
• Develop, update, and review technical documentation.
• Conduct briefs and reviews, and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.

Basic Qualifications:
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• 10+ years' experience in the performance of project management, contract management, budgeting, scheduling, planning, estimating, progress tracking, and planning related to HM&E systems onboard U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier programs and projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and achieving deliverables on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
