Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Lead
The Opportunity:
As the senior Technical Surveillance Countermeasures ( TSCM ) Lead, you will ensure TSCM team compliance in c ond uct and completion of all TSCM activities, related support, and other technical operations supporting the agency's TSCM program, TSSC modernization goals, and Office of Counterintelligence Technical CI Division. You will maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency level policies , as well as all other regulatory guidelines. In this senior role, you will also ensure team c ond uct of processes and activities, as well as reporting and training requirements are compliant with established policies and timelines and in accordance with the agency TSCM Program.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Technical Surveillance Countermeasures Lead
The Opportunity:

What You'll Work On:
- Maintain knowledge of national, DoD, and agency regulations and instructions as they relate to TSCM and Counterintelligence ( CI ) .
- Ensure designated national and DoD CI database is updated with mission reporting in a timely manner and for accuracy and completeness.
- Advise development of, maintain, and implement standard operating procedures for the team.
- Manage overall training track for team baseline, including identifying and recommending individual practitioners for advanced training, assisting coordination for annual training courses, and providing oversight for apprentice training program.
- Monitor team compliance with physical and technical security standards and requirements for access to DoD networks.
- Coordinate with TSCM Cyber and IPMS Leads to ensure missions are appropriately staffed.
- Assist the TSCM Program Manager and government leads as required with supervision of personnel and operations.
- Ensure TSCM operations meet customer needs and threat-based priorities and are c ond ucted according to established guidelines.
- Provide technical recommendation and guidance to and reinforce partnerships with agency entities.
- Coordinate TEMPEST issues identified in the c ond uct of TSCM activities with the agency Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority ( CTTA ) .
- Provide recommendation and guidance for intelligence facilities under construction.
- Provide requestors with comprehensive documentation of procedures, listings of vulnerabilities or hazards, and recommended mitigation techniques or corrective action.
- Resp ond to discovery of hostile technical surveillance penetrations according to established national procedures and ensure agency's TSCM program is effective according to national, DoD, and agency objectives.
- Coordinate the actions of teams, projects, or initiatives covering the full spectrum of Technical Counterintelligence to ensure they are consistent with the agency's mission, vision, goals, values, and operational structure, as well as with the organization, mission, and goals of the national and DoD CI communities.
- Coordinate team activities, including internal and external corresp ond ence, resource allocation, personnel management, inventory control system, and training programs.
- Coordinate and liaise within the agency and with DoD, IC agencies, and the military services.

You Have:
- 11+ years of experience in the intelligence field
- Experience coordinating and identifying training for employees
- Experience writing and editing technical documents
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
- Interagency Training Center ( ITC ) TSCM Certification
- DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance ( IA ) Level II Certification
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with telephone security such as with Telephone Security Group ( TSG ) requirements
- Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- TSCM for Information Systems Certification
