The Senior Enterprise Architect/Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) supports the Product Lead, Logistics Information Systems (PL LIS) at Fort Gregg Adams, VA, by providing technical expertise and leadership in enterprise architecture and RFID systems. This role ensures compliance with DoD standards and frameworks, drives interoperability across systems, and aligns architecture with strategic objectives.
Enterprise Architecture Development: Develop and maintain system artifacts compliant with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) to ensure system alignment with DoD policies and standards. Use Magic Draw software to create detailed DoDAF products, including system, operational, and all view perspectives, to document LIS system profiles. Leverage the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (DoD BEA) to support LIS business transformation and ensure architectural alignment with strategic objectives. Technical
Documentation and Interoperability: Draft, review, and coordinate MOAs, MOUs, ICDs, and Data Use Agreements to establish and sustain interagency partnerships. Manage system portfolio documentation to align with the Army Integrated Logistics Architecture (AILA) and provide traceability using the Architecture Compliance and Requirements Traceability (ACART) tool. Ensure LIS systems are net ready and interoperable by adhering to Global Information Grid (GIG) standards and GIG Technical Guidance Federation (GTGF) guidelines.
RFID Systems Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise for the development, implementation, and support of RFID systems and tools. Develop detailed solution architectures for RFID systems, depicting operational processes and their alignment with the LIS mission and strategic plan. Resolve complex problems related to RFITV systems and TCAIMS II through advanced analysis and strategic implementation planning.
Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Perform datacentric interoperability analysis to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Act as a Strategic Management System (SMS) Metric Owner, providing architecture driven metrics and reports for senior leadership. Present architecture analysis results and recommendations to LIS senior leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Education and Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture and RFID systems within a DoD environment.
- TOGAF Certified (The Open Group Architecture Framework).
Current and active Secret security clearance.
