Description:Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time an entry level System Integration & Test Engineer to join our team in King of Prussia, PA! As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will plan and execute the integration and test programs for various SMD programs by providing the programs with key technical solutions. Ability to support First Shift and Second Shift as needed (2 pm - 11 pm) is required.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:

• Develop test procedure, test plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components, elements, subsystems and/or systems.
• Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints.
• Establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.
• Review, evaluate and derive requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems.
• Coordinate subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations.
• Perform analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system-level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance.
• Write discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems.
Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of creating test procedures and test plans through coursework or experience.
• Ability to support varying shifts.
• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical or another related technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with board or box-level test planning, script creation, and test execution
• Experience with electronics integration and test
• Willing to occasionally work alternate shifts if needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
