One of our clients in San Antonio, TX needs a ServiceNow Systems Administrator.
Position: ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Location: San Antonio, TX , Warrenton, VA , Columbia, MD
Travel: Onsite
Position Type: Live
Clearance: Top Secret
Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the stability and performance of an on-premise ServiceNow platform.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, cloning, and performance tuning.
• Manage user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system health, logs, and integrations.
• Collaborate with development teams to support customizations and deployments.
• Ensure configuration compliance and maintain platform documentation.
• Participate in change control and incident response processes.
Requirements:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
• Proven experience supporting on-premise instances of ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITSM modules and platform architecture.
• Experience with ystem upgrades, patching, and mid-server configuration.
• Ability to work in an Agile and/or secure government environment.
