Help Desk Tier III with Trusted Agent Experience

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for a Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) with Trusted Agent (TA) experience. This position is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA. Candidates must have at least a Secret clearance as well as an unexpired Security+ certificate. Navy experience is highly desired. This position pays up to $95,000 and is based on each candidate’s skills and professional experience. You will be working in a fast-paced, VIP environment; this position requires patience and a commitment to exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations.
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications.
• Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices.
• Support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas.
• Experience serving as a Trusted Agent for token management, including token creation, assignment tracking, PIN resets, and coordination of token distribution and revocation.

Qualifications:

• US Citizen with an active Secret clearance and a Security+ Certification.
• Must have seven (7) years of professional experience in Information Technology, with four (4) years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
• At least six (6) months experience serving as a Trusted Agent (TA) for token management, including token creation, assignment tracking, PIN resets, and coordination of token distribution and revocation.
• Experience supporting Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless devices.
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.
