Essential Duties
SharePoint & Power Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, SharePoint On-Premises, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead migration efforts of legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.
- Develop custom workflows, web parts, and integrations to support evolving business needs.
Solution Design & Lifecycle Management
- Gather and document application requirements and lead full lifecycle software development.
- Create training plans, user documentation, and technical guides to support user adoption and governance.
- Design, code, test, and deploy web applications using modern development tools and best practices.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and improved workflows.
- Resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining alignment with project timelines and stakeholder goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience designing and administering enterprise-level SharePoint environments.
- Proven experience implementing SharePoint best practices across setup, development, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform.
- Proficiency in creating responsive, multi-platform web applications with a variety of tools and IDEs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with XML and JSON data formats.
- Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Dataverse, and relational data integration.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, and CSS3.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Required Clearance
- Clearable - Ability to Obtain a Security Clearance
Travel
- Up to 10% travel may be required.
