We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist with wargaming experience to join our Advanced Analytics Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computational modeling, data analytics, machine learning, and experience with wargaming simulation tools.

Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist with wargaming experience to join our Advanced Analytics Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computational modeling, data analytics, machine learning, and experience with wargaming simulation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning models for anomaly detection and predictive analytics
- Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven automation solutions
- Lead wargaming simulation efforts for mission planning and scenario analysis
- Configure and analyze complex simulation environments for tactical decision support
- Assist in the development and improvement of wargaming tools and methodologies
- Collaborate on projects involving natural language processing and LLMs
- Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for complex problems
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computational Modeling, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and containerization (e.g., Docker)
- Familiarity with wargaming simulation tools and methodologies
- Experience in configuring simulation environments and analyzing outputs
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with high-performance computing and GPU acceleration (CUDA, OpenMP)
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query)
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and security protocols
- Experience with natural language processing and large language models
- Advanced knowledge of military tactics and strategy
