Job Duties

• Provide support, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cloud Systems
• Provide support to Cloud Systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client, server, storage, network devices, mobile devices, etc
• Aid users with onboarding, accessing, and using Cloud Systems
• Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
• Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams on workload management, patch management, active directory management, onboarding, and any other troubleshooting as required
• Support hands-on computer-based training for users
• Provide detailed analysis and feedback to management and internal customers for escalated tickets
• Support the transfer of mission application updates across multiple classification levels, enabling low to high file transfers

Requirements

• Relevant Associate or Bachelor's Degree or, supporting certifications and relevant job or military experience of 4 years in lieu of degree
• 1+ years of systems administration and automation experience with Windows and/or Linux to include PowerShell and/or Bash Scripting
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Sec+, CISSP, CASP, etc.) or DoD 8140 equivalent
• Must hold an active DoD Top Secret Security clearance, with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph

Desired

• 1+ years of experience supporting Cloud environments to include, delivering, securing and managing container-based applications and supporting the Cloud
• 1+ years of experience with debugging (grepping logs, stack traces, tracking down permissions issues, etc.)
• Ability to work in a matrixed team environment and support multiple efforts as needed
• Desire to learn new technologies and tools and willing to share your experience with the team
• Experience with DevOps (configuration management (Ansible (preferred), Chef, or Puppet), application deployment, security)
• General understanding of basic Networking principles
• Experience in Cloud technologies and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or other Cloud Service Providers
• AWS Cloud Certifications
