Analytic Facilitator - Mid

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph to be considered.

Cherokee Analytics is seeking an Analytic Facilitator to support training, doctrine development, and record keeping to drive intelligence goals.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay commensurate with experience.

Analytic Facilitator - Mid Responsibilities Include:
  • Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).
  • Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.
  • Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Analytic Facilitator - Mid Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Desired to have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience related to the Analytic Facilitator role with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
  • Desired to have a Bachelor's Degree in an area related to the Analytic Facilitator position.
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of developmental training and experiences for the Analytic Facilitator.
  • Ability to guide teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
  • Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
