About the Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join us.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
- Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
- Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
Qualifications
Education and Years of Experience:
- Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
- Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
- Experience with the US Federal Government
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
- 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
- Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
- 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
- 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
- 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
