Spectrum Healthcare Resources is currently seeking a part-time Occupational Health Nurse Coordinator to join our team in support of a federal agency clinic in Roanoke, VA. This role offers a low-stress, mission-driven environment focused on the health and well-being of federal employees-not the general public.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedule: 16 hours per week, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Work-Life Balance: No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health nursing services including employee assessments, health screenings, and immunizations
- Support case management and return-to-work evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with federal health and safety standards
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and uphold patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, Associate Degree, or BSN)
- Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in occupational health, emergency/trauma, corrections, or triage settings preferred
- Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
