This proven leader and problem solver will build and guide a team of MTSI personnel and Industry Partners in delivering innovative and differentiated offerings and solutions in response to Missile & Space Intelligence Center (MSIC) mission needs. The successful candidate's skills include a combination of program management acumen and technical expertise in Scientific & Technical Intelligence (S&TI) domain expertise, including ballistic missile modeling, simulation, & analysis (MS&A). - Lead all program activities relevant to a multibillion-dollar IDIQ program
- Oversee all programmatic matters and day-to-day operations of a multi-award, task order-based program.
- Build and lead Program Management Organization (PMO) to successfully execute a multi-award, task order-based program.
- Perform as principal Point of Contact and Face of MTSI to Intelligence Customer.
- Manage technical progress, problems, program performance, schedule, cost, resources, and other program-related matters.
- Ensure program team, including industry partners, is comprised of highly skilled personnel to fulfill the tasks and complete deliverable requirements throughout program execution.
- Assure contractor team's performance and support is of high quality and provides on-time delivery of products to the Government.
- Support Service Intelligence business growth objectives and participate in business development activities.
- Contribute to business growth across business units, as needed.
- Recognize areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementing improvements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements*
- Minimum fifteen (15) years' DoD/IC, or relevant industry work experience.
- Minimum ten (10) years of recent and direct support to DIA and MSIC initiatives
- Exceptional qualifications in leadership and program management.
- Exceptional and/or unique qualifications in Scientific and Technical Intelligence, including Modeling & Simulation, of Ballistic Missiles and Systems
- Experience working in a rapid acquisition and development organization.
- Experience in DoD program management including program development and transition.
- Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, and risk management.
- Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS).
- Experience with integrated air, space, and cyberspace capabilities.
- Experience leading contracts, building a strong team and establishing a collaborative relationship with customers and stakeholders.
- Masters degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or similar.
