We're looking for a driven Quality Systems Specialist to lead ISO 9001 implementation, streamline documentation practices, and drive best-in-class operational quality across the organization. Responsibilities:

• Lead the documentation and execution of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
• Develop, manage, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core processes and quality functions including document control, customer satisfaction, risk management, and internal metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in functional and organizational processes.
• Support internal audits, process mapping, and the refinement of business practices across the operation.
• Act as the subject matter resource on quality standards and compliance initiatives, helping drive quality culture at all levels.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant quality/compliance experience in lieu of a degree.
• ActiveDoD Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Foundational knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and a passion for building scalable quality systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to earn NSWC Crane QFP Certification within 18 months of hire.

Desired:

• Prior experience working with QFP (Quality Focal Point) responsibilities or within a similar defense/government quality environment.
• Background in technical writing, process documentation, or internal auditing.
• ISO Lead Auditor training or certification.
