Marathon TS is seeking Systems Engineer with 1-2+ years of work experience to support our Space Force contract in Sunnyvale, CA on a normal day shift. A current Security+ Certification is required. A DoD Secret Clearance is required (possibly TS level in the future).
The Contractor will perform the following tasks:

Systems Engineer

Work to be performed at Sunnyvale, California
Marathon TS is seeking Systems Engineer with 1-2+ years of work experience to support our Space Force contract in Sunnyvale, CA on a normal day shift. A current Security+ Certification is required. A DoD Secret Clearance is required (possibly TS level in the future).
The Contractor will perform the following tasks:
- Support all VME efforts as needed.
- Support Linux and VxWorks as needed.
- Support spacecraft telemetry efforts/reviews as needed.
- Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, monitor, etc. network switches, routers, firewalls, etc. (threat defense systems), provide recommendations on solutions and fixes, and implement fixes as needed.
- Configure and troubleshoot TACLANE cryptographic equipment, asssist with re-keying efforts as needed, and deploy new units as needed.
- Research, test, troubleshoot, and implement Security Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs) in compliance with Risk Management Framework requirements and document variances and artifacts for submission to the accrediting authority.
- Assist with engineering and architectural design changes and implementations on the network, and update and generate documentation as required.
- Configure, troubleshoot, support, etc. all Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment, and deploy new units as needed.
- Assist in other MASC projects as needed to include installing equipment and removals, installing fiber optic and copper transmission cables, remote site installations, installation of Video-teleconferencing systems, working with VMware Virtualization technologies, and desktop support issues.
