Training and Curriculum Manager

Position Overview

RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting a Training and Curriculum Manager in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day training operations
• Assist with curriculum design, development, update, and maintenance
• Provide training and curriculum development subject matter expertise and suggestions
• Assist in conducting training exercises
• Serve as a Range Safety Officer
• Deliver training

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of working knowledge and background in military training
• Experience in assisting government personnel in developing and conducting training exercises
• Range Safety Officer certification
• Small Arms Marksmanship Instructor or industry equivalent certification
• Ability to maintain all requirements for tactical training
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles/civil engineering support equipment for use in their official duties, if required
• Ability to operate a personal computer with common/standard business software programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Ability to complete and maintain training and certifications requirements for network access
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others both verbally and in writing
• Ability to enter data into multiple databases accurately
• Secret security clearance
• Ability to travel
