Must-haves
- Mid-level engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Has not been a lead.
- Can handle tasks independently and "hold their own" technically.
Technical Skills
- Must have experience with both C++ and Java.
- Java experience can be mediocre but they must have touched both languages. Or it could be reverse where C++ is their primary and Java is light. Doesn't have to be an even mix.
- Must have worked on a large system (college experience is not sufficient).
