ValidaTek is searching for an Application Programmer who will design, develop, and maintain software applications to support business operations and user needs.
Responsibilities
In this role, the Application Programmer will:
- Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java and Python.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional applications.
- Conduct software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate software solutions with existing systems.
- Document application designs, workflows, and updates.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 5+ years' experience in programming and application development.
- Proven experience development and maintain software applications using languages such as Java and Python.
- Ability to analyze user requirements and design and program functional applications.
- Proven ability to collaborate with other teams to integrate software solutions into existing systems.
- Experience documenting application design, workflow, and updates.
- All candidates must have a current Secret clearance.
- Preferred Certifications: Java Certification, Python Certification, AWS Developer
- All candidates must be DoD 8140 qualified.
Education:
