In this role, the Systems Engineer 2 will:
- Support system design, deployment, and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist in system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Document system configurations and updates.
- Provide support for end-users and resolve technical queries.
Qualifications
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- 7+ years of networking experience supporting system design, deployment, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Experience monitoring systems and performance tuning.
- Experience providing end-user support to successful resolution.
- Proven ability to collaborate with others to support organizational needs.
- All candidates must have a current Secret clearance.
- Preferred Certifications: FITSP-O, GFACT, CASP+, CCNP Security, CCSP
- All candidates must be DoD 8140 qualified.
Education:
