Responsibilities
As a NITFS Request For Change (RFC) Process Program/Project Manager (RFC) you will be the primary point of contact for all RFC -related matters within ExServ. You will review, assess, and modify RFCs to ensure alignment with ExServ's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
As a NITFS Request For Change (RFC) Process Program/Project Manager (RFC) you will be the primary point of contact for all RFC -related matters within ExServ. You will review, assess, and modify RFCs to ensure alignment with ExServ's goals and objectives.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Coordination and Management of RFCs:
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFCs, Coordinate with various teams to gather input and address concerns
- Attend RFC Related meeting to include pre-coordination, concept review, and TEMs
- Facilitate RFC review and approval processes
Review and Validation:
- Validate RFCs for completeness and consistency
- Review RFCs for alignment with company goals and objectives
- Identify and address potential issues or concerns
Documentation and Tracking:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive RFC documentation
- Establish and update tracking systems to monitor RFC progress
- Provide status updates associated with all RFCs at the weekly staff meeting.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on RFC process best practices
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among teams
- Analyze RFC process effectiveness and efficiency
- Develop strategies to improve the RFC process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred.
- 8-12 years of project/program management experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale technical programs with complex integration requirements.
- Proven experience with NITFS RFC Process
- Experience with requirements and configuration management tools and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in risk management, metrics development, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph eligibility required.
