Position Overview
The Senior Administrative Professional will provide comprehensive administrative support focusing on signature packages, protocol services, and the coordination of executive meetings within the Directorate. The contractor will manage electronic and paper records, support project management tasks, and serve as the primary protocol expert to organize corporate and executive events involving senior leadership.

The Senior Administrative Professional will provide comprehensive administrative support focusing on signature packages, protocol services, and the coordination of executive meetings within the Directorate. The contractor will manage electronic and paper records, support project management tasks, and serve as the primary protocol expert to organize corporate and executive events involving senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, copy, maintain, update, and coordinate files, forms, and electronic systems.
- Manage calendars and schedule conference rooms as needed.
- Communicate professionally with Air Force personnel, industry, academia, and government organizations via phone and electronic messaging.
- Create, edit, and reformat memorandums, papers, and correspondence, integrating inputs from multiple software sources into final documents.
- Assist in data management including tracking logs, spreadsheets, databases, ensuring proper nomenclature, version control, archival procedures, and data integrity.
- Capture, sort, file, and maintain records, periodically screening paper and electronic records according to official file plans.
- Serve as the Directorate expert in Protocol services, providing initial and primary support for organizing corporate and executive meetings and events involving senior leadership.
- Secure venues, coordinate participant involvement, collect responses, arrange catering, and manage reservations for executive off-site events.
- Coordinate logistics with executive assistants, building managers, and corporate protocol offices, including calendar scheduling, parking, and food orders.
- Serve as a focal point for collecting and visually displaying materials for staff and information exchange meetings.
- Provide and assist with protocol activities as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in administrative support, protocol services, and executive meeting coordination.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of Tongue and Quill preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills .
Education
- Associate Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field required.
