Position Overview
The Senior Administrative Professional will provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate effective management operations within RQQC. This position supports key office functions, ensures proper handling of classified/unclassified materials, and serves as a critical point of contact for workflow, meeting coordination, onboarding, and communication.

The Senior Administrative Professional will provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate effective management operations within RQQC. This position supports key office functions, ensures proper handling of classified/unclassified materials, and serves as a critical point of contact for workflow, meeting coordination, onboarding, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Track IPT manning and prepare organizational charts.
- Perform data entry in systems such as CCaR, AFRL Work Unit App, and timekeeping platforms.
- Manage official files and maintain accurate records (paper and electronic).
- Process and handle classified and unclassified mail and materials in compliance with security protocols.
- Support document creation, editing, and formatting for official reports, briefings, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training, and on-boarding, including room access, equipment, and parking.
- Operate and maintain office equipment (facsimile, scanner, printer, copier).
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Operating Instructions (OIs) and Self Inspection checklists.
- Serve as the Record Custodian, ensuring compliance with records management standards.
- Provide workflow support and serve as liaison with the Front Office Group (FOG).
- Coordinate and support STINFO/DTIC documentation processing and disposition.
- Provide assistance with inventory tracking and ordering of supplies and equipment.
- Support digital meetings, including platform scheduling and interfacing with IT staff.
- Collect and present briefing materials for staff meetings and information exchange sessions.
- Coordinate and support protocol duties for events and official engagements.
- Assist in preparing and routing documentation for Government review and approval.

- Defense Travel System (DTS) - Intermediate
- AFRL systems: CCaR, Work Unit App, Timekeeping Tools - Intermediate
- Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint - Intermediate
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of administrative experience supporting government or DoD organizations
- Active or interim Secret clearance at time of hire
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Office tools and ability to manage classified/unclassified documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Experience working with USAF systems and administrative procedures
