Position Overview

The Contractor shall provide administrative support necessary to assist management operations functions within the RQVC directorate. The role requires managing data entry, documentation, file maintenance, and various clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations and compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track IPT manning and prepare organizational charts
  • Perform data entry for CCaR, timekeeping systems, AFRL Work Unit App, and case files
  • Integrate information into required reports
  • Generate and maintain training requirements, files, forms, and established file plans (paper and electronic)
  • Process, receive, sign for, and distribute mail (classified and unclassified); handle classified material properly
  • Prepare correspondence using standard government formats (classified and unclassified)
  • Operate facsimile, scanning, printing, and copying equipment
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Use USAF standard desktop systems to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and automated forms including travel orders (DTS) and performance reports
  • Plan, edit, create, and publish finished products such as program documentation, directives, reports, briefings, and presentations (technical/non-technical; classified/unclassified)
  • Support processing and disposition of work effort reports including STINFO and DTIC processes, and document retirement
  • Perform duties as Record Custodian (RC), maintaining master files and file plans for classified and unclassified program data
  • Coordinate and support onboarding activities including IT account creation, hardware/network issuance, CAC provisioning, and training
  • Assist in tracking and preparing requests for office supplies and equipment orders
  • Collect and visually present materials for staff meetings and information exchange sessions
  • Support video conferencing management, digital meeting platform scheduling, connectivity, and interface with platform maintenance contractors
  • Retrieve and analyze data for queries and reports; maintain tracking systems for deficiencies and corrective actions
  • Coordinate meeting spaces, manage calendars, parking, and building/room access for visitors
  • Provide assistance with protocol and related activities requiring protocol knowledge


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 9 years in administrative or operations support roles
  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and USAF-standard desktop systems
  • Working knowledge of government correspondence and document control procedures
  • Experience managing classified material and compliance with security protocols
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels
